Unable to see change task when i created change request in prod enviornment

when I am created change request, I am able to see change task  in dev environment, but   I am not able to see change task in production environment.

Could you please give me your valuable suggestions.

Change task getting created based on the flow which has been attached. Please check is the same flow / WF attached in both instance also please check the change properties as well. Might be in change property it has been false.
