Is there is any way to stop the incident from saving when clicked on “copy incident” button on agent workspace?
When clicked on copy incident button in incident form, it is creating incident without saving it, you have to click on save button again.
But same ui action when clicked on workspace giving a popup for caller name and after filling it, when clicked on copy, it is creating and saving the incident automatically. I want that it should only create incident and open it for review until we click on save.
I am talking about OOB “copy incident” button.
