Create incident attachment issue

Hello,
In my project, when attaching a file to a newly created incident, the attachment sometimes appears twice, though this issue does not occur consistently. Could someone please help me with this? Thank you in advance.

Hello @bondita1 ,
Normally it won't happen. But for your scenario, you can either check the Business Rule, Client Script, or UI Policy related to the attachment. These might be affected by adding the twice attachment.

Hello,
We have not written any Rules for the attachment. Its the OOB functionality.
