create a agent only visible worknotes field for closure notes?

For my ITSM incident application I would like to create a worknotes type field where is it is only visible to agents but make it for closure notes. is that possible?

Worknotes only for agents not for end users. You can create ACL /BR if you want to show only assigned to.
closure notes.
SN provide resolution notes for this

yes just like resolution notes but a "closure notes" that is only agent visible to go with thepublic visible resolution.
