problem doesn't set inactive when state is closed

When I change a problem ticket from status Resolved to status Closed, the problem ticket is not switched to Inactive. Does anyone know how I can change this?

Hi @Jan_hofer 

 

I check in my PDI and it is showing Active = False.

Did you make any changes? or try to repair plugin once.

No, I have not changed anything yet and I have already tried to repair the plugin, but this has not brought any improvement.
