Also instead of created by you can use caller if you want to know the user-created incident for any other user. And you can use the date between or this year if it is not for financial year specific

it depends on your customer's financial year start and end
If the financial year starts on 1st April and ends on 31st March, you can have filter condition as Created on or after 1st April and Created on or before 31st March
