Hello everyone, Iam currently working on inbound email lab activity in student instance.
As per above screenshots, Iam unable to find the email in Inbox. And I had downloaded the xml as they mentioned in notes. Can anyone tell me steps of importing that xml ?

Hi @Akhila P
Please use below steps to import xml file.
Step 1 : Click on column option (context) menu.

Step 2: Select the "Import XML" option from the menu.
Step 3 : Click "Choose File" to select the XML file you previously downloaded.
Step 4 : After selecting the file, click on "Upload" to complete the import.

Hello @Akhila P
To import XML file just go to location were you want to import in this case System Mailboxes->Inbound->Inbox. Now right on header of list and select option Import XML then upload file and select ok, once done you will see that record over table.
