Create new incident, channel value should be same always.

Hi everyone,

While creating new incident from navigation menu, Incident page form will load.

While loading each time, channel value should be always Email .

Just i need to know by creating new incident from navigation menu from where the page loads

How do i try this, by before BR, Flow or Client script.

Set default value to email for channel field.

Steps

1)Right click channel field.

2)Configure dictionary.

3)Set default value as "email".
