Hey All,
I'm having an issue with inviting users to a Slack Channel from Service Now. The channel does get created and I get notified from Slack and the user I invited gets the ping from the app as well but when they try to click Join Channel it just spins and then nothing happens.
I have followed the below guide for the setup
Is there any steps I'm missing?
