Hello,
I created a widget on Dashboard that shows a bar chart, that displays the open calls by time. the problem that I don't see where i can present it 'week by week' at the last 8 week. like in the following example:
I succeeded only to preset this figure:
In addition, i don't find how to add a horizontal 'goal line'.
can you please help me?

Go to "Reports > Administration > Report Ranges"
Create new "Report Range" for your table and Opened field
You need to created multiple report ranges

@Itay Goldshtein Yes you need to insert upper value itself. Week 1 upper value will be min value for Week 2. Please check the global ranges created as shown in image beow
In the image above
"Same day" upper value duration is "23 Hours 59 Minutes"
"2 Days" upper value duration is "1 Day 23 Hours 59 Minutes"
It means "2 days" lower value duration is "23 Hours 59 Minutes" and upper value duration is "1 Day 23 Hours 59 Minutes"

Go to "Reports > Administration > Report Ranges"

The problem is that I only have "upper value duration" and it missing the min value' for "week 2...+...week 8"

It helped me a lot, but there is still a problem, it presented me the timeline in the opposite way: from right to left instead of left to right.
