Go to "Reports > Administration > Report Ranges"

Create new "Report Range" for your table and Opened field

You need to created multiple report ranges

@Itay Goldshtein Yes you need to insert upper value itself. Week 1 upper value will be min value for Week 2. Please check the global ranges created as shown in image beow

jaheerhattiwale_0-1672217823174.png

In the image above

"Same day" upper value duration is "23 Hours 59 Minutes"

"2 Days" upper value duration is "1 Day 23 Hours 59 Minutes"

It means "2 days" lower value duration is "23 Hours 59 Minutes" and upper value duration is "1 Day 23 Hours 59 Minutes"

Hello,

I can't open an HI ticket, because I get the next message:

@Itay Goldshtein You might not have access to HI. Please connect with someone in your organization who have access to HI.

I'm the admin, so unfortunately if I don't have access then no one else does either.

Can you help me with that?

@Itay Goldshtein Its a different portal. If its client instance then there must be someone from client side should have access to HI portal.
