Delegate Surveys in ServiceNow

Hi 

If incident is resolved, a survey will be triggered to the caller. If that user is having a delegated user he(delegated user) should be able to complete the survey instead of caller. Can anyone guide me how can we achieve this.

OOTB delegate work only for 4 option

Why you want to send survey to delegates?

We are looking to add one more check box as survey and this was the requirement from my client.

Okay Anil. But I am not able to see any use case around this.

If I am raising a Inc on your behalf then We have caller and requested for , and use Requested For as option to send Survey. 

Delegate is used for other purpose when user on leave or OOO. Also if you want add Survey as check box you need to do a big customization and all logic need to build. and again it can be issue on upgrade.

Have find any solution for this, I have also same requirement from client. Could please me out how to achieve this.
