Dependent survey questions

Hi there,


I have a survey about our Incident proces. In this survey i'm questioning our endusers about how they have experienced their contact with us through phone, mail, self-service, etc. (Incident- field "Channel", formerly known as "Contact Type").
Each Contact Type has it's own survey question. 

What I'm now doing:
- I ask endusers in the survey to select the Contact Type of the Incident that is being surveyed.
- Depending on their answer, the right Contact Type question is shown.

What I want:
- Removing question about Contact Type.

- Avoiding any inconvenience or confusion by immediately showing the right Contact Type question.

>> Problem: With the default tools ("Controls" as it's called in the Survey Designer), it's not possible to to enter a text only field with "in-field" the Contact Type value, which I could use to make each "Contact Type" question dependent on the shown value.
>> Problem: Nor it's possible to lookup such a value within a "Contact Type" question, by for example using the "Dependency" functionality of each Survey question.

So, is this or something like this, possible at all?
