Display all CIs in Configuration Item field in Incident form

In the Incident form, I want to display all the CIs, but OOTB is restricted to company field value.
Is there a way to display all CIs irrespective of company field value in Configuration Item (cmdb_ci) field in Incident form.

You can do it by removing that attribute, but it will impact user experience as use will see a lot or unnecessary CI and the list will be lengthy, also it can take time to load all ci and then filter. So don't remove the attribute.
