Display Hyperlink in catalog item

Hello,

I have a catalog item Computer request(Canada) in this catalog item i want to display Hyperlink in description field. Hyperlink of another catalog item - Computer request(Canada North Only).When i click on hyperlink it will redirect to another catalog item. Help me on this.
