Domain is not setting correctly according to caller id and From field through inbound email action

Hello All,
I am trying to automate of incident creation through automated generated emails. I have configured inbound email action for it. Incident is creating correctly. but the issues is it is creating in different domain. I have also set from field in inbound action where user is set from correct domain. still incident are going under the Default domain of instance. it should go under custom domain which we have created.
Below points i have checked.
- Inbound action is in Global domain.
- I have tried setting Caller id static and also with gs.userID() still not working.
- I have used from field in inbound action. I have set user from where email is coming and it should be set in same domain. still not working.
Let me know if i am missing out anything. your help would be appreciated.
