i would like to know how to get the information on the incident record this much efforts being spent on this particular incident record.
pls share the screen shot of the same.

You can use the PA for this, as it provides a breakdown for each state. However, if you need calculations for each incident level, it may become quite complex.

The time_worked field on the Incident record tracks the total time spent working on a particular incident. This field is updated automatically based on the time logged by users during their work sessions on the incident.

@Juhi Poddar this option is showing as blank in the incident record, However this is the business requirement
