Hello,
I am Dhanraj Udata, I am facing one issue in Flow Designer which is Cancellation of Flow using Script Step through
sn_fd.FlowAPI.cancel(); syntax in Actions my flow state is not getting cancelled. I have done this Use Case by watching the video on Youtube Flow Designer : Incident Awaiting Caller Reminder Notifications and Auto Resolving Incident through this Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5j_pPmPxWJo
He got the results but I am not getting it. Please refer this video and see how he implemented it. Please help me solve my issue by checking the issues in the screenshots uploaded below, which I have done in my ServiceNow instance.

This explains how to send reminder notification to caller of incident if he doesn't respond to incident when it is waiting for his response. After few reminders we will Resolve the incident manually. Community Article Link : ...
