Hello all,
I'm encountering the following error whenever SnapLogic sends an attachment to ServiceNow: "Syntax Error or Access Rule Violation detected by database ((conn=131289) Table 'hubdev_1.Incident' doesn't exist)." Currently, I can e-bond a record from ServiceNow to SnapLogic, and SnapLogic can e-bond to ServiceNow without issues. Everything works as expected except when SnapLogic tries to send an attachment to ServiceNow, at which point we get the error mentioned above.
Additionally, we don't have any table with that name, and SnapLogic doesn't have a table with that name either.
I've checked my logs and performed debugging, but I haven't been able to identify the problem. Can someone please help me
Thank you.
