Get MTTR from Incident Table

Hi All,

I am working on a dashboard for Incident data.

Requirement is to see MTTR for P3 and P4 Incidents which can be gathered from 'incident_metric' table.

However, is there anything on Incident form from which we can calculate MTTR?

Thanks..!!

There is nothing OOB hence OOB incident metric table was introduced, however you can customize something on Incident form but it's just a waste of time since OOB servicenow has already provided alternate solution.

Please hit like and mark my response as correct if that helps

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,

Why not utilize the OOTB field "resolve time":

This will give you the time to resolve - or is it something else that you're looking for?

@AndersBGS

Thanks for your input. I am looking for something like this only.

Is this time is seconds? (seems to be in seconds).
