Hidden a records(Case ticket) in the report which are reassigned to other groups

In the report

1. Case with Incident, Incident NEVER left the specific group (eg: L2 and L3) ---It should be include in report
2. Case with Incident, Incident EVER assigned outside specific group (eg: L2 and L3) ---It should be exclude in report (hidden in report)
