Hide Price, Quantity, and Total fields on Approval (sysapproval_approver) in Service Operations Work

I am working with Service Operations Workspace and approvals related to Requested Items (RITM). In the approval record (sysapproval_approver), under the Request tab, there is a section “Summary of request being approved” that displays the columns Price, Quantity, and Total. I would like to hide or remove these fields (Price, Quantity, Total) from the approval view in Service Operations Workspace, as they are not required for approvers.

so it's approval record which has that tab.

when I opened the sysapproval_approver record in SOW I don't see that tab

-> check in UI Builder -> SOW

-> Check in Record variants if any record page variant is created for Approval and within that there would be a tab which you can customize
