Hi @kandhatihar
Priority field is not the custom field. It's OOB read-only field and it's value is being calculated based on the "impact" & "urgency" values.
Hope this info helps.

Siva

Hi @kandhatihar
This is not a field, it's a field value. You can right-click on the property and configure the dictionary choices.
But why you want to change?
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @kandhatihar ,
If your talking about "Priority" field it is read-only.By default, this is intentional. Priority is calculated from impact and urgency. It is not set manually.I would advise leaving it read-only.
The priority is calculated by using a Data Lookup.
More about Data lookup refer this
If you talking about "Assignment Group" then check the Ui policy/ACL for that particular field.
Thanks,
BK
