How can I make a particular CI as a principle CI?

Could you please guide me on how to make a specific CI the principal CI so that it appears in the CI field on ITSM forms? I understand this is not available out of the box, but I would like to explore using OOTB functionality along with customization.

My goal is to retain the existing feature where classes marked as principal CI are visible from the Class Manager, and additionally allow a particular CI from non-principal classes to be visible as well.

Hi @aaddgg454

I think it is not possible — you can’t make a single CI the non-principal CI.

Yes...OOTB is not possible.

Could you kindly let me know if there are any possible customizations to accomplish this?
