I am working in Major incident management, here I have a requirement - "when a major incident communication is sent form ServiceNow- I want to record that sent notification details into incident comments."
- By default the sent notification details captured in comments, but the notifications sent from communication section in the view workbench, those sent notification details not captured in the comments.
