How to add fields in the Post-incident report tab in service operation workspace

Hello for major incidents on portal one tab "Post incident report" tab is coming how i can add some fileds on that tab if i click on that tab some details like timing an dall is coming how i can add some fields in that?

Down to contributors i want to add some fields of incident table how i can add ?

you are saying workspace in your question but in your post it's about portal.

please add image as attachment and not within post.
