How to add HTML description field on incident form on portal once the incident is created

Hi,

I have have a requirement to create a new description field on incident table as HTML type. I have created the field, however when I create incident from portal the field does not get capture in the incident field section. 

Could you please let me know how can I display HTML field content same as the normal short description field in incident field section once the incident is created from portal.

I would seriously reconsider the original requirement of creating the new description field as HTML. You're going to go down a rabbit hole trying to update it everywhere on the platform and before you know it, you'll have a ton of customizations with very little added business value.
