How to create report for Average age of open incident by priority

Hello,

I have requirement like to create report of "Average age of open incident by priority" where type of the report is Pie.I am trying to do but not able to find solution.I need same type of configuration for report as mentioned in attached image.How can do that.,I want to create like this.Please let me know,if anyone know how to configure such type of report.
