Hi ServiceNow Aficionados / Gurus
I need some URGENT help to create a Top 10 incidents (All priorities like Priority 1/Priority 2 and P3/P4) report for the past 3 months.
I tried creating a NEW Report from scratch from "Reports->Create New" and I do see the top 10 incident Report trend for the 3 months BUT cannot get the option to export it to PDF as it says there too much data to extract (PDF error attached)
Attached it the Report (word) that I created from scratch but I cannot extract it.
If there's a better way to do this report - appreciate all the help I can get.
Thanks in Advance
Praveen

That's a known error, the recommendation is to reduce the filter query

Thanks for sharing this Harish
Not sure if I understand your shared KE article properly.
What is the best way to pull this report??... do it filter by 1 week, 1 month ?? The ONLY option to share was
1 > Export via PDF
2 > Add to Dashboard
