How to get when any field in a form was last updated by a user (it should match the activity log)

Hello team,

I am trying to get the date and time when an incident was last updated by a user. When I use the updated field it does not match the last entry in the activities log also the updated by shows system and not the last user that updated the record as shown in the activities log. Looks to like the update field tracks all changes to a record, including system changes or even form changes.

The issue with this is that I can't tell when a user really changed a record.

I am looking for a field that would show the time and date any fields in a form change and the user that changed it which should match the activities log's last entry.

Your help will greatly be appreciated!

Thank you,

Hi @Romulus Rodrigu ,

Hope you are doing fine.

In ServiceNow, a scheduled clone can happen during a patch, but it is not recommended. When a patch is being applied to a ServiceNow instance, the instance may be in a state where it is not stable or not fully functional. This could cause issues with the scheduled clone, such as data corruption or incomplete data.

It is generally best to avoid scheduling clones during patching. Instead, you should schedule the clone to run at a time when the ServiceNow instance is stable and fully functional. This will ensure that the clone process runs smoothly and provides accurate and complete data.
