@linga reddy You need to retrieve those details from JIRA and pass it to on your incident record to be attached.
Is there any configuration done in referencing the incident with JIRA ID? If not, how can you differentiate which attachment to be attached to which incident (as you mentioned its from JIRA to ServiceNow).
