How to populate Service offering based on the selected Configuration item on the incident form

@Adi13 Service Offering is typically setup as a dependant field on Service.

 

So you select your Configuration Item affected, then the Service. Service Offering will be then trimmed down to only those related to the Service. You then select the Service Offering.

 

There are a number of options here in terms of automation, setting values automatically etc. But this is at it's simplest how it can work in a manual way.
