I trying to create ATF for Incident creation using Record Producer in the Global scope using ESS or SP.
I am getting the error 'FAILURE: Failed to open Record Producer. Either you don't have access to the Record Producer or g_form is not defined' after a few seconds the record producer is opened.
Using UTHA release.
I sent through the following articles but the case is not matching.

Hi @KeDix
To resolve the issue check/try the followings
- Verify that on Record producer Related tabs "Available For" and "Not Available For" are empty.
- If related tab they have the records, verify that user running the ATF have those roles.
- Create a new user in ATF steps and assigned the admin roles and TEST the ATF.

Hi @KeDix
I tried on my demo instance and it worked.
Either the user does not have the required role or you are using wrong path check if it is "create incident" module or just "incident" on SP.

Hi @Shaqeel
In my case, the Record Producer (SP) page name is changed.

please share screenshots of the step
1) is your portal a custom one
OR
2) did you try to give some timeout for the Submit Record producer step of 10 seconds
OR
3) is that user which you are using in ATF satisfies user criteria if any defined
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
