How to Resolve this issue 'Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs.?

Hello All,

We are getting this error when a user trying to open the scheduled reports attachments and some Excel sheets open but there is no data, it's empty sheets

 "Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs."
 
When I checked the report_view acl, it has report_admin.

 

 
I have given the report admin role to the user and still the reports are not opening.

Please help me on this requirement

Hi @thirumala goud ,

 

From configure form layout bring the field "Run as"  in that could you please try changing the user to system administrator ?

Hi Ankur

 

The report-created user is inactive, I tried to change the create_by user but had no luck with that field being read-only. So what should i do.
i tried to list view as well and trying to Dictionary Entry in see below
