How to send voice message to Teams to caller using servicenow?

My requirement is whenever an incident is assigned to a caller, ServiceNow should trigger a call to the caller and bot should speak "Hello <Name of caller> Incident with number <INC Number> has been assigned to you." How can I implement this?
I not able to get any reference for this one.
