How to set the default related search results to show knowledge articles- from known error, So when on an accepted major incident on the platform, the related search results is filtered as default to show knowledge articles from the known error knowledge base.
We can change the filter if desired to other criteria if desired, this functionality is only for major incident forms only.
How this could be done we have tried changing in contextual search options but not working as expected.
