I'm an experienced programmer but I'm new to Service Now administration/development. In the agent work space, I'm looking to understand how I can create/implement a custom application for when a specific CI is selected in an incident.
For example, when I create a new incident and select a CI (a computer in my example) when I select the little "i" button that displays information about this configuration item I want to create a custom tab that when selected it fetches a text file from the CI's file system and display its content in that tab.
I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction or provide me with some general steps on how to go about implementing this.
