Inbound action for domain separation is not working for a particular domain

We have domain-separated environment and created an inbound action specific to a every domain within the global domain. However, when an email is received at that domain's email address, the system generates an incident, but the "target" field is blank (please see attached screenshot 1). The "i" icon is visible, and the email log indicates that the incident was created (screenshot 2). but when I check the incident table, I cannot find the incident in the incident table under that specific domain, the global domain, or any other domain. We have checked all business rules, script includes, and script actions related to the incident inbound action, but none of these appear to be affecting the inbound.

This issue appears to affect only one specific domain; the inbound action functions correctly for other domains.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello @nagareaishwarya ,

At first sight, It seems to be a access issue.

Can you check access privileges for a given resource (Incident) using Access Analyzer ?

Application Navigator -> Access Analyzer -> Analyze Permissions.

If it is not already installed, you can go to plugins and install it. It is free of cost and there are no special roles required to install it. Neither it has an impact on instance if you install it.

Hi @ShubhamGarg,

Yes, I checked the access using the Access Analyzer, and the results show that the Incident ACL passes. This inbound action was working properly before, but suddenly it stopped working for all types of users(admin, security_admin, itil, support).

Hello @nagareaishwarya ,

Have you verified that no other inbound email action is triggering along-with current inbound actions?

@ShubhamGarg  Yes, I have checked, and there are no other inbound email actions being triggered alongside the current ones.
