I need to create a single score report that show the backlog of incidents. What are the correct filters to apply to show the true backlog.

I need a report that shows all incidents currently in ana active state since we deployed ServiceNow

 

Can you create such a filter already on a list? If so, what is the issue applying such a filter on your report?
