Incident field is not visible in workspace

Hi Team,

 

When the state is Awaiting change, "Reason" field is visible on Incident Form but not on the workspace.

 

Any reason why it is not functioning in workspace?

Please check is any UI Policy blocking this on the workspace view? or  UI policy is applied only for Default view not on WS view.

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte The Agent Workspace or any custom workspace may handle field visibility differently from the classic UI. Ensure that the visibility of the "Reason" field is correctly configured for the workspace.

 

  • Open the Incident form.
  • Check the form configuration for the Incident record within the workspace view. You need to verify that the "Reason" field is not being hidden or excluded.

Ensure that the form layout used in the workspace includes the "Reason" field. Different layouts might be used in the classic UI versus the workspace.

Verify Client Scripts or UI Policies configured in the classic UI may not apply to the workspace.

I tried to find configurations but are not visible on the form in workspace.
