Incident field is not visible in workspace

Hi Team,

 

When the state is Awaiting change, "Reason" field is visible on Incident Form but not on the workspace.

 

Any reason why it is not functioning in workspace?

The reason field is not OOTB and was created by your team in the client instance. Please check UI policy for this field

make sure this global must be tick.
