incident form design enhancement

 Hi Everyone

        Right now i am working Incident from view enhancement related story . In that present my Org present view is like in below attachment(Incident present view) like one after one means one below another one is available . But my requirement is i want those options in one after another like(how the required image having the option like that way) present Developer instances view .

Please tell me the solutions for this .

Hello @Murali Reddy 

 

They are appearing as collapsible records. It means they are configured as tabs and not sections. 

 

On your present view form - Right click and Configure Form Layout and share screenshot.

Hi @Murali Reddy ,

That's actually a user preference

if you want this to applicable for all the users in the system

navigate to user preferences and find the user preference with name tabbed.forms and system is marked as true and change the value to true

if it just for a particular user like I have shared in the 1st 2 screen shorts that's user preference which controls this behavior.

Hi @Murali Reddy 

This is simply a user preference, which personalizes the settings. If you want to set it for all users, you'll need to make the changes in the user preferences with fixed values.
