Why does the Post Incident Report for the same Major Inc is different in MI Workbench and the SOW?

Once a Major Incident is resolved, the Post Incident Report can be reviewed and analyzed.

 

However, I have observed that the Post Incident Report displayed in the Workbench is significantly different from the version available in the Service Operations Workspace. The differences are not limited to the visual design - for example, the Service Operations Workspace includes a "dynamic timeline", whereas the Workbench does not - but also extend to the scope and content of the information provided. For the same resolved Major Incident, the two reports present different levels of detail and different data.

If both views represent the same Post Incident Report, there should be alignment in terms of structure, scope and content.

 

What is the reason for such a significant difference between these two versions of the report?
