Load the data from excel to ServiceNow

Hi, 

 

I have a list of Business services, Application services, Assignment group as well as users list which i need to upload with ServiceNow on daily basis. 

How do i get it loaded please? 

I tried to open business service list view> right click> import> but it did not work. I keep getting this message:

i am not getting the - Complete Import either.

Hi,

Importing directly into a list is only doable if you have a XML-file thats formatted according to the table structure you're importing to.

For an Excel file, the easiest way is to navigate to System import sets > Load data and create a file data source, and a transform map for importing records.
