Is there a way to open tickets by using phone calls

Could someone please let me know if an Incident ticket or any other ticket can be opened by a phone call? For example we have ways to open a ticket by an inbound email right, Similarly I was wondering if there's a way to open a ticket using an automated call system that will create the ticket based on the inbound action being a call.
