Microsoft Teams Spoke for notifications

Hi Team,

 

How can we get  notification of INC/REQ/RITM/CHG/PRB to microsoft teams if there are any creation/changes to the tickets. If the incident is assigned to certain user, Only that user should get the notification in the teams related to the changes happened to that incident. Is there any possibility to get notification like that?

You can create the flow and use the MS Teams spoke to integrate.

Hi,

We can integrate using MS teams spoke, but that is like creating channel and all the notifications will go to that channel itself. My question is like if the incident is assigned to a specific user, only that user should get notification in the teams.

This can be done as well; you need to set up a custom action for that.
