notifications fields is not mapping the info

here i want to send the notification for sending PO 

here is the notification :

but its only mapping the some fields on the email notification :

i have this notification on " x_jade_procurement_it_purchase_requisition " table. 

 

please help !!

Not sure if it's the case, because it's a custom table in a different scope, but can you check if the recipient has access to the fields? And in case the notification is in global scope and the app has a different one: are all cross scope privileges set?
