On Hold Reason visible in activities

Hi everyone,

 

I would like to display the On Hold Reason within the activities of an incident. Currently, the status is displayed, only. How can I realize this additional information?

Add it to Activity Formatter

  • Open any Incident record
  • Scroll down below the form fields
  • You’ll see a large section with tabs like:
    • Notes
    • Work Notes
    • Activity
    • Click on the filter (funnel icon) inside Activities
  • Right-click on the Activity Formatter → Configure > Available Fields
  • Move On Hold Reason to the selected list and make sure it is also checked in selected list on the incident form.

go to incident record and click the funnel icon and select Configure fields

Add On Hold Reason field there from left to right bucket
