Hi Team,
I'm unable to see the parent incident column in the incident under child incident.
The Parent Incident is present in the personalized list but even after selecting it, it's not visible.
Can someone please help me with this?
Thanks,
Simmi Barde

Hi @simmibarde15,
If I understand your question correctly, you see the 'Parent Incident' field/column in the list view (after personalizing the list view), however, when you open the incident form (and specifically the related child incident record), you do not see the field or relationship shown? Is that correct?
Out of box, I don't believe the 'Parent Incident' or 'Parent' field is configured to be visible on the record form.
If you question is to simple add this to the form and make it visible, you can simply right-click at the top of the form as an administrator and select 'Configure > Form layout'.
From here you can select the desired field (Parent Incident OR Parent field) from the left hand side to the right. Please note, you'll want to ensure you select the correct 'Section' such as 'Related Record' as shown below to make sure the field is in the correct/related area as other related record.
To help others (and for me to gain recognition for my efforts), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie

The first thing that you need to remember is that personalizing the list view will reflect the changes only for you. In case you want these changes to be reflected for all, please right click on the column header>Configure>List Layout and add Parent and Parent Incident fields.
P.S. You can also go to the Personalize List icon, and select Reset to Column Defaults after you complete the above steps.
In case you are looking forward to configure it only for yourself, you can just add these fields via the Personalize list icon.
If it helps, please mark this solution as correct/helpful.
Thank you.
