Step based request fulfillment flow got deactivated

In ServiceNow "Step based request fulfillment" flow is showing Inactive and now I am not able to activate it as the activate button is greyed out. 

Please help me to get the flow active again.

Hi @Maik Skoddow , thanks for the reply.

I will explain you the things, we were working on the catalog item to which this flow "Step based request fulfillment" was attached and the requirements would need the change in the flow.

But as it was the OOB flow so i made the copy of it and was making the changes. 

This made the flow Inactive and now I am not able to  activate the flow.

 

As my copied flow is still in draft state and is inactive I don't have to use it either.

I just want to make the flow  "Step based request fulfillment" active again but the activate button is greyed out.

 

Hope this explains my scenario and do let me know if you need any additional info.

I am assuming you opened a support ticket and they resolved it since its an OOB flow?
